Does india tv dish work in usa?

I see some Indians living in middle east carry India tv satillite dishes like Tata sky with them and they pay online for tv like we do in india.

 

 

Does this work in US too?

 

I know there is time zone diff but just asking

You should ask this question calling customer care of DTH provider...Since Technical orientation could be problem.

Aina Dish carry chesi teesukostara!!! Dish is hardly 2K new one in India now a days with HD.

No our Indian dish set top boxes will not work in the USA. They work in the Middle east.. Most Indians who live in the middle east carry dish set top boxes from India so that they can pay in INR for monthly cable bills.. This is illegal and if the network provider finds out about it, they will disconnect your service.

I was told about this by a guy who got it done in the middle east..

The indian DTH satellite signal footprint extends from india to Middle east and maximum to Turkey or Southern Europe, None of them have coverage over North America. So the setting works well in the Gulf but not USA. Chala forums like Hifi vision lo motham setup instructions untai about how to access DTH from Middle east

US lo no use as there is no signal..

easier option is to have broadband in your home and use Slingtv app
