Question on I-140

I work for employer A.

I-140 approved with employer B.(More than a Year ayyindi)

Now Employer B is planning to revoke I-140. What are the options? Priority Date vuntunda??

New rule edo pass ayyindi ani vinna. Will that be helpful to me?

He cant revoke if he wants after Jan 18th...Before Jan 18th he can...simple as that..If revoke chesteh PD undadhu

thats wrong .... u will have ur PD same as the initial PD once new employer files

Correct. You can port your date even if old employer revokes. Only problem will be If you completed 6 years already and your employer A files for H1 renewal without having 140 with him, your h1 wont be renewed

+1 dont worry man.. you can contact USCIS. CTS cancelled my colleague's like this. but PD was same once he got the new employer filed
