nenu cheppa kada , the best way is only through references , just find an experienced guy in your domain and ask him to provide references and get them interviewed by another experienced guy ( or u can do it urself too ) ...2-3yrs experience unnollaki avg will be abt 25-35k/month ... im telling u out of personal experience , company start cheytam easiest part but finding good employees is the hardest part in the process , once hire cheskunnaka see that they dont leave u so easily .... also , i would strongly advice against training new guys because nee daggara free ga training ippuchukuni after they get some hands on expertise they will leave u for sure ( mostly fake experience pettukuni interview clear chesey stage ki osthey the'll leave )..

I may sound a little bad by saying this but the truth is ... the'll stick with u longer if u make them believe that u care abt them , u dont really have to care but atleast act like u do ... the'll come to u with 101 problems in the future just listen to what they say and respond according to the situation but dont make them get a feeling that u dont really care ...

I worked on a IOS project...almost one year ayindi..prototype nundi live stage ki vellevaraki almost 16 months ayindi.

I did not lease any office space instead, I searched for office space sharing and luckily, I found an office space on sharing basis.We used to work during the day and other team used to work during the night, so it worked out for us. 

I hired an external consultant working for an IT major on the hourly basis who used to monitor and mentor...and hired three developers ..not experienced one. and, when it comes to retaining them, they barely had stuff with in them but then again were very eager to learn so, even before these guys could learn and get perfect, I do not need to worry about retaining them. They will not go anywhere.

With my experience, Do not hire very experienced guys and do not go for flashy and expensive office spaces. Almost two years back, We paid about 18k a month for the Ios Developers. and costed about 20k for additional training. other resources we used to get on AD HOC basis. JAva Guys,other developers, UI developers, etc on hourly basis and got most of these contacts from Ameerpet. Its a great source which can link all the dots.

and Angular JS, Web development...See they are not really a rocket science. Better hire an experienced consultant on hourly basis..to provide guidance, like a team lead and others should be able to follow things.

what @BaabuBangaram said above is the reality .... 3 years above real experience unnodu he'll mostly try to avoid smaller companies ... ameerpet lo training institutes lo doriketollu mostly engg aipoyi 2-3yrs tarvatha training teeskunetolle untaaru , if u go and select from that batch and vaallaki malli hands on training ippisthey , exactly nenu paina cheppinade avthadi .....

ideal situations lo aalochisthey there are lot ways u can do this ...but the reality is a lot different ,
