My sympathies and heartfelt sorrow for the families affected but, donations are meant for immediate relief but not for past and future expenses.

ikada vunaru ante antho intho venakala vese vuntaru..or India ki transfer chesi vuntaru..why don't people think of such a worst case scenario before transferring all the savings?

If any unfortunate events happen, we still have an Indian passport with us and that will show us the way.Donations can only help and meant for immediate relief.

Most of the jobs will give life insurance worth their annual salary. Every one should get additional life insurance for 250k-500k, if you are married and or have children. That will cost only 20-30 $ per month. 

 

At some point genuine candidates wont get help if this continues.

Agreed. Some of the mortgages already require having life insurance to cover for such events.
