airbnb will never replace traditional hotels. not even in next 30 years. I don't know how they valued airbnb $30 billion dollars in market. it is right now more valued than marriott and hilton groups.  , 

currently many town muncipalities are investigation how airbnb is affecting many things like monthly rents, local jobs, local economy etc.
