Maa recruiter deferred action ki apply chesukomannadu. oka Serbia candidate apply chesukunte he was asked to apply for PR instead of DA anta from my recruiting office. So does anyone know a good immigration lawyer in this regard ??

STOCK post pettindi kada fb group lo India , China orgin candidates ki pedda use avvakapovachu ani pettindi kada ... 2-3 weeks back....

That's while you are waiting to be shipped before getting into army. Nowadays shipping is getting delayed ani they are giving PR/DA for the future soldiers to maintain legal status and right to work to sustain themselves while waiting to get shipped.

eb2 is fcked basically so if i was you i would check for DA. LTC stock already cheppindi ga chinese, indians ki biscuit idi help avadu ani.  DA through ead vastadi ga that way you can atleast skip all the BS of H1B.

ledu bro they cant opt for eb1. Eb2 is the only category, i believe e scenario lo best bet is applying for DA. Ead vastundi happy ga ye employer ki aina work cheyochu, direct prime vendor through velli e waiting period lo money ana baga earn cheyochu itanu. So that would be an ideal thing.
