They went to the extent that making videos of their families and children who are US citizens.How deportation would affect the kids who are born,grew up here and went to school here.They say deportation is separating our families which causes lot of emotional stress for kids at school.

on the other hand we Indians who are legal immigrants will not take any action just watching what will happen on jan20.A lot of Indians also have kids who are US citizens and we also undergo same pain as illegal immigrants but we are not raising our voices to be heared.

if h1b husbands are affected by your logic dont you think their wives on h4 will be affected too? i believe they are going to curb h4 but t will take time. Desi employers screwing the system by hiring h4s is not americans fault right? it is a few desis greed that is killing the majority. We should start pointing fingers at those folks and bring them out here to limelight. Alanti desi employers, recruiters, managers list tayaru chesi petition pettochu ga mari? 

even today if your employer or vendor is screwing you, you can whistle blow and apply for status protection under laws. That way, you can get ead sooner by helping the system to fix the holes.
