Not jealousy brother ,it is a good initiative to give H4 EAD but people are using it wrong way.terminating jobs of talented people and giving them to people not talented since vendors want to make larger profit margins.consultancies are becoming more richer than ever making two folds profit due to H4 EADs.atleast H4 EAD are not demanding the wage or /hr rate according to market standards and they are ready to work for even minimum wage.
