Bill re-introduced to increase the minimum H1B wage to $100k and Masters Degree exemption is going away. Long way for this bill to pass and to become a law. What do you think?

 If you are from India and looking to immigrate to the US through employment, then I'd suggest look somewhere else. It will take 10-20 years for you to get your green card besides so many restrictions to your life and freedom. I call it a modern day slavery and if you are willing to become a slave then by all means please come here!

Current LCA document for H1B doesn't required to prove any equivalent citizen exists if minimum Sal is 60000$ but this rule is increasing minimum to 100000$. It doesn't mean that employer has to increase Sal. If any employee getting less than 100000$, employer has to prove to labor department that no equivalent citizen exists
