It happens more than you could imagine... The best one I ever experienced is when a woman took the interview and a guy showed up... He tried to speak high pitched most of the day but gave it up by lunch... The company I was working for at the time flew him internationally and was in process of applying for the candidates H1B sponsorship! That was a fun day!
