Bed bugs are more active around 2-5am.wake up at that time and see near bed crevices(folds in the corner) if you find any movement or blood stains for sure they are there.you have to wash all your bedding sheets pillow covers and get a bed cover for your bed.bed covers are available in any store like Amazon,sears.
