The ACICS Council has accredited about 250 SEVP (Student and Exchange Visitor Program) certified colleges and schools. With the revocation of recognition of the Council, lakhs of Indian students who have graduated from the ACICS listed institutions are denied an extension of the optional practical training (OPT) from the 12th of December.

so 60 days lo admission teskunte safe aa? lekpothe 60 days lo college lo unadala...coz for some univ, they might have already closed spring intake.

oka vela h4-f1-opt candidate aithe ? bcoz, they won't have 5 yr f1 visa kada

kind of mistake...never expected this kind of news.

Was skeptical that  h4 ead could be removed anytime so planned for h1 this year else h4 ead as backup.

Have option to apply for h1 ext next month. So, better apply for H4 and H4 EAD next month? Will the candidate be eligible to stay even though no O Pea Tea ? since application is already started ?

Nenu oka forum lo chadivindhi chepta. deny ayina date nundi 60 days lo nuv kotha univ lo admission teeskuni, atleast acceptance letter undali. Tarvatha if old univ terminated ur SEVIS, you need to go out of country and return back in order to activate the new SEVIS.

 

kotha univ lo classes maatram 60th day nundi 5 months lopu start avali.

If H1/H4 is applied in premium. As H1 end date is after 6 months, so I guess H4  start date is also as of H1 date.

Now, if O Pea Tea ext is not approved, then will the H4 candidate can stay in US as H4 is approved but not started yet?

I will check with attorney also.

But say H4 EAD is still under processing, then can I apply H1?

Also, can I apply H1 B in regular quota and masters quota as masters quota lo is now skeptical after ACS1S thing,
