As a new state we have many small airports. But technically we would need to massive International airports to grow business commercially and generally.  

One should be in between Rajamundry, kakinada and Vizag.

Second should be somewhere in between vijayawada and Nellore. 

But the above two may not be possible due to land and water constraints.
