what fish you buy for cooking?

Hi friends,I buy live Tilapia in farmer's market as it tastes similar to fish in India.what fish you buy?

Tilapia, Catfish, Whiting fish, Cod fish, Mahi Mahi, Salmon, Tuna and Mackerel. 

All Wild caught only no farm raised. 

Plus all grilled thinta with Tandoor sauce added to them. Usually add Basil to it.

You would be surprised to know this but Ikea has excellent Fish. Usually wild caught fish from the Atlantic oceans.

For fish fry - Tilapia & Pompano

For Curry - Anchovi (frozen from Indian store and It has just one spine), Catfish

Salmon - Only buy cooked one outside. Hell lot of smell when we cook at home.
