50k strength ledu CTS ki.. but ee bill pass aite TCS  CTS wipro Infy H1s meeda unna Vallaki chala kashtam.. mostly there will be a transition period during which H1s for these comoanies will try to find a project that will pay more than 62 per hour and transfer to desi consultants..work out Aina Vallu untaru rest back to India..
