normally most countries ki around 50% untundi. US ki kooda anthey untundi.

India is special case kadha. Infrastructure perigey varaku, below 10% ae untundi. plus, lots of very low income groups. cashless is expensive for them. Officially it is 2%, but it will increase drastically after this Modi move.

It is possible to become cashless only if 

1. public/private investment in the infrastructure for all these xns.

2. there's no competition in the sector (like govt's UPI/BHIM becoming everybody's favourite). Too many players means, nobody can achieve enough scale to make atleast some money, without extreme mining of personal data.

lol....aadhar card has enormously benefitted honest tax paying people. it almost eliminated 60% fraud in distribution of Govt. benefits to SC, ST and BC people. 

CBN went a step ahead and completed economic survey to eliminate fraud even in aadhar system by SC, ST and BC people. Thus if any same person who have two aadhar cards registered with two diferent date of births are eliminated bringing fraud to mere 10% level.

Now all welfare payments to aadhar linked bank accounts only including NREGA job card payments. Fraud chese vallaki ucha paduthondi ippudu. 

Now with this demonitization and restricting cash withdrawels to 24000/- a week, corruption is going all time low. for eg., a person need to have bank account linked to aadhar to get 24000 Rupees. So it will increase deposit in his account over few months. once it reaches 50000/- rupees, he needs to update PAN number otherwise account is froze. That's it once PAN number is there, it will be easy for govt. to eliminate people above BPL line from Govt. Benefits. 
 

SC, ST and BC people ki ucha paduthondi india lo ippudu. Middle class  and Poor people are won with aadhar, PAN and Demonetisation. MODI zindabad.

Middle class and poor people does not have what the Govt. Benefits coming from Central and State. They don't have time to find them.

But i will give you one example. Recently MODI anounced 12 lacs for SC, ST and BC people  and 6 lacs for others as Home loan with 5% APR under awas yojana program. to be eligible under this scheme, they have to have yearly income under 2 lacs. 

now imagine how it will be if Aadhar is not there, PAN is not there. All SC, ST and BC people(not everyone but majority though they earn 10 lacs per annum) will submit documents showing income less than 2 lacs and will get this loan. They won't pay EMIs after getting loan and Govt. will not do anything because they need votes.

Now with aadhar and PAN number, everything is interlinked. Majority poor peole will get this loan. Its win-win for honest tax payer.

don't get ahead of yourself. Aadhar will not stop corruption. It'll only make people vulnerable to exploitation.

I don't care if they pay or not pay back the loans.

I don't mind if biometric data is removed, and Aadhar is used solely to fulfill govt policies.

BJP laddu laaga Aadhar ni ethhi andariki ichindi ga. monna matrimonial site registration ki Aadhar adigey range ki ochindi.

BPL people probably won't revolt against Aadhar. But people who are rich, will.

when the rich revolt, the govt will listen. Right now the rich are thrilled at being able to open bank accounts in 5mins, with just fingerprints on their mobile. 

Things will move, when they start losing their money in the next 5mins, or have 100 accounts created with their Aadhar profile, by someone else.

Everyone mostly corrupted when it comes to govt. benefits. IAS and IPS officials kavalane ee aadhar ni full support chesthunnaru all payments ki. 

corruption example septha vinu naa eyes tho chusindi. CBN introduced 1000 /- pension for senior citizens per couple and for famly under BPL. This is based on aadhar. so one payment of 1000/- per family only. what everyone is doing that they are faking DOB and living address and took multiple aadhar numbers. 

So IAS officers found this discrepency and informed CBN. They undertook 'Pulse Survey' scheme which completed persons living under one address with bio-metric details. Now this identified family living in one address and gave family card. Based on this family card and aadhar, they are paying pension per family. it eliminated 80% fraud in it. 

 

See that is how people are frauding the entire system. It is govt that is wrong. It is people that are derailing the socila safety net with fraud by greed.

Now central govt. impressed with this pulse survey results and interlinked all of their central govt. benefits with this family card in Andhra. They also want other states to do the same.

You can't cheat the system forever. There will some smart person who knows how to tackle you. it is the nature law and gift of god.

People are trying fraud in marriage also. they hide their already married status and trying to get marry under false status. there are multiple cases every month. that's why they went to aadhar. you can't blame govt. for this. you just have to see the benefits of it only.

currently rich people does not have time to even vote in elections. not sure how they will revolt. not also sure if they have time to complain on aadhar. I am telling you that currently people are busy in earning money. Those days where one job per person are gone. Everyone is earning simultaneously via real estate, side businesses, consultations etc. But none pay tax. 

just walk to street in remote town and see how many cars are there at that moment. But no one pay tax. currently as per govt. records, only 10 lacs people declared income above 10 lacs in entire india for 2014-2015 year. This is shocking really. That's why they are going for strict measures of aadhar, PAN, Pulse Survey, Demonetisation, Weekly limits on cash withdrawls etc. You have to support this for better  india.
