its not about talent.its about being at right place at right time.

tamilians benefited a lot in infrastructure and educational development wise during british era unlike other cities.

anduke for last 50 yrs right from independence if you see, major % of the IAS officers and other bureaucrats in central govt offices are tamilians.

but they couldnt go to higher level of politics because of their stubborness not to accept hindi.
