sausage

omlets with veggies of your choice

pancakes n syrup

waffles

toasted bread

french toasts

bagles

3-5 kinds of fruits - bananas, papaya, muskmelon, watermelon, grapes, pineapples etc bowl size is usually 300-400gms fruits

chocolate milk, milk, soft drink machines

lemonades

peanut butter , jelly

oatmeal

grits

nuts mix

 

lunch main course chicken, meatballs, turkey, fish ila different meats untay usually chicken beef daily untay

side course - greens(spinach,asperagus etc), squash, sweet potatoes, rice

salad bar 

burger stand(fries,burgers unhealthy type food )

icecreams stand

soup stand

inka breakfast vi bread, fruits, juices, avi all through day untayi.

 

dinner is similar to lunch.
