What do you mean?? Father daughter? I don't think this is true for 99% of the people man. I don't think father in law daughter in law relationships here are as bad as you portray. 

Plus manolle kadaa inka ee zamana lo kooda bava maradalu ani inbreeding culture ni encourage chesthondi. It's frowned and looked down upon here. Mana every other movie lo theme ide, inspite of knowing that babies born out of such relationships are prone to health risks and birth defects.
