these attorneys have good links with the prosecutors and they make a deal and..if this is your first attempt, then you will mostly be charged with speeding...which is lot better than improper or reckless..and your advantage is being non-resident of VA, ignorance of VA reckless rules might turn in your favour although as ignorance of law is not considered equal lo illegal, so chances are good that you might get away with speeding. if this is your first violation in the last 3 years, things will turn in your favour.

You are very lucky..if you were caught doing over 90, your car would have been compounded and arrested and released on bail...lucky you.

try reading the reviews...and, usually $400-$500 avutadi attorney fees...try to negotiate the price and they will definetely come down.
