Every other day oka new memo osthundi scrapping some of the existing provisions or putting up new restrictions on the people already waiting. 

Plus it's a black box, how they plan to schedule the interviews, what they are going to do as part of it nothing is ever specified. they seem to have no plan or agenda, after allocating 4300 people dates for the CI interview they canceled all the interviews last minute and sent the message at 9 pm last Friday evening. 3rd time such an important decision is taken so late on a Friday, almost seems like it's done on purpose. 

Now they are saying it's due to budget reasons and that they exceeded their budget for these interviews even before they were conducted, why they didn't have a budget planning before scheduling the interviews not even GOD knows. A 3rd grader can do a better job than the US Army at this I am sure.

this is how the government works @tennisluvr bro...Lot of stuff doenst make sense... Trust me been there done that .. have seen lot... its the tops in the chain of command that keep everything secret and doesn't reveal until the last moment...  ofcourse planning wise they are worst.. coz all they can do is use Military powers to make or break everything at the last moment..

its the best and the worst experience one can have dealing with government.. still they do better job compared to others...

its the distribution of power that restricts all form doing their job correctly on time

 to know this is happening to my friends.. hope things will get better...

GC kaadu bro citizenship. But then they also pay a price for that right. 4 years contract untundi Active ayithey or 6 years in the case of reserve. GC kosam shiit tintaru ante, that's too much man. Plus this didn't just affect Indian people kadaa, this impacted 4300 soldiers of various nationalities, some of which have their GC date as current. So don't think that all the people are only going for a GC bro, it's a good long term potential option for some people. And some like working on stuff that requires security clearance which could have been obtained by joining the Army. Anyday better than waiting 50 years for a GC in our case as well right. 

So that's why people joined it, people have put their plans for life on hold due to this program. Now the DoD has come back and said that they can't do anything on time and so have given up on this program indirectly, Army says there's nothing we can do about it. When you enlist, you take an oath on the US flag and also sign a contract. That contract should be respected by both the parties. 

Mana side manamu respecting the contract, but DoD behaving worst than a 5 year old. Guess that's always their nature, ippudu clear ga bayata padindi.

Yes thanks, Chile might be a good option. I have no plans of going back to India even if they as me to get out of here.
