Yes final investigation. After interview, result will be out in a month. 

SSBI already almost done so idi okkate pending. 

If this is done successfully, we will get shipping dates. Mostly October.

Hhi folks, if now after going to BCT if my employer revoke h1b and I didn't get citizenship becauise of paper work or I got screwed at bct.. what is the legal status I can get while staying in usa.. can I still register for CPT college ?

i heard you have to leave US and try again like any other regular indian , pls check with nyayavaadi

Unlikely that you have to leave the US. USCIS usually lets you normalize your status either to go back to your H1B in case your employer hasn't revoked it, or apply for a COS to F1 if you get a less than honorable discharge or entry level separation.

It doesn't help having a negative mindset before going to the BCT itself. I understand that we have to prepared for any eventuality, but 90% of the people who go to BCT and AIT usually are naturalized. 

Exceptions exist but as long as you have been able to complete both BCT and AIT getting your US passport is only a matter of time, hire Lt Col Stock if you need legal advise. The lawyer you went with earlier seems clueless about military law, based on what you told me over the phone.
