you are right, ecto endo meso morphs ani vuntadii body types and Indians aren't blessed with good genes as well so we have to work harder other working out hard is enough.

I dont need 6 pack dude...all I want is to reduce belly fat 

i know its tough but what exercise did you do/suggest
