I got this business ,  SSN history will be maintained by Gov and that info can be sold to any organisation who pays money...... 

some investigative agencies, credit unions, verification agencies will hold this info and this info will be refreshed for every 6 months (as per trans union)

Thorugh some channels I checked my ssn history they had all my info where I leave where I went and phone number associated , along with relationships with me.... 

I was shocked to c my info 

 

I think probably this site might have bought all this info and used for this website....
