practice push-ups and situps every day.

target is 80 push-ups 2 mins

80- sit-ups 2mins

2-mile : 13 minutes 

this is to get 300 score in prt

60 push-ups

60 situps

15 minutes run aithe you will be around 240 zone. 

44 pushups, 50 situps, 18 minutes 2 miles is just pass 60,60,60 - 180 score.

 

so practice to do atleast 60 pu, 60 su, 15 mins run to be in safe zone. BCT shipping munde nuv e scores kottav ante manchi form lo untav basic training ki. It will help you during runs. I hope you get shipped in lil warm weather, cold weather o ship aithe matram mental torture chali tho.

2 mile 13 minutes meeda nocomment 

but migithavi I can pretty much do it easily right now one mile on treadmill I can do it approx in 9 min. 2 mile capacity chudali

i know how hard it is, i cant run that time now! But try and try till you win! Run outside , not on treadmills.

I used to sprint during weekends in summer but never calculated the time and distance. I think I should start practicing indoor and test that ability outdoors

sprints cheyi 200 mts sprint and then jog for 30 seconds ala oka 2-3 miles kottu, that is the key to improve run time for 2 mile.
