I don;t think this rule will be passed in Congress.. Also All MS people won;t get 100k. It depends completely on the state. Also, it's not just IT. There are people working in other fields like education, telecom , EE etc....where they get around 75-90k max...So this rule will be passed by adding some restrictions (depending on the state and field). They might limit this to those who come on H1 from other countries. Even then mana telugu tejamulu will find loop-holes in this as well,

i did my masters here and got hired FT here and my pay is between 65K and 75K, so what about me bhayya??
