My recommendation is this.. "Start Small". You can Go Big as the needs arise.

A big house looks good but at the same time it means a lot more space that needs to be maintained. Most of the space is also underutilized.

Most of the guys may not recommend this. For most of us a bigger house stands for Status symbol..nom
