1) If your annual mortgage interest (plus PMI if its applicable) plus property tax per year is same or a little bit more than your annual rent then you can buy.

2) If your annual mortgage interest (plus PMI if its applicable) plus property tax per year is double your annual rent then don't buy.

3) If your annual liabilities exceed 30% of your annual mortgage then don't buy.

EMI and property tax okkate kaadu....some times HOA undochu + home owners insurance + we should keep some amount for future house repairs......brand new house ki repairs undakapovachu....but in future you should be prepared and ofcourse, single family house ki electricity, AC/Heat anni increase avthundi.......so calculate all those expenses and then decide if you can afford/dare
