I'm a big supporter for $100K H1B rule ,Point based immigration.

H1B lottery is bullshit , how come a standford or MIT or booth business or cornell schools go through H1B lottery. Where TCS, Infy ,HCL takes majority of H1B's for body shopping. 

They should ban all consultancy's in USA.  They should enforce background check for education and experience. 

This rules satisfy everyone who has masters in US and H1B experienced people.
