Mistakes do happen, afterall they are human beings, but the thing in india is negligence, human life ki value ivvaru, usa lo laga docs ki  bhayam annadi unte india lo ilanti chala cases fail avvavu

It is not about changing. It is about implementing. already laws unnayi to tackle. but execution is bad. thats how our system works sadly..
