Mostly adey ayundachu.....I got the same and u need to leave immediately out of the country and get stamping done.... Usually they will send a letter along with the H1b approval with the reason for issuing I797b

Naaku pedha idea ledu..  Paycheck run avakuntey u might get I797b....but I think u can submit a leave letter that u r on vacation for a month....better talk to ur attorney

   I 797  A ante approved H1B with i94 in this case u can work with new employer wolithout any issue 

I797 B. Approved H1 but I 94 denied 🙅‍♂️ 

in this case I have to exit the country if you valid H1B stamping them u can go to Mexico and  enter into USA , if not u have to go for stamping to home country
