html and unix experts

i am writing HTML code for outlook email to send formatted body.  And calling html through unix. 

but need help to auto attach file to email.  Any one into this situation.

Thanks bro.  i am using uuencode to send an email.   But my html code is excluding the attachments. here is my sample code.
