Heavy tax on those 8 billionaires how? without taxing these guys making 100k heavily? Sure tax the billionaires income greater than 70%, who cares. They'll simply transfer their money to a company, because it'll be taxed at lower rates and start hoarding their wealth there.

There's no other way than to tax everyone, including middle class, at high enough rates to sustain the government services at the current high levels. Republicans don't understand this simple thing.
