first asalu avi anni chadivi ardam chesuko galigithey  you can use what ever you want to interpret stocks depending on if you are going long/short/swing/day trading

there are ton of books covering all (chart reading/ fundamentals, technical) . pick anyone with good reviews.

i read a bunch of books for bith fundamentals and technicals and i find them contradicting all the time
