true but ap is capital less state (amaravathi anaku its only on papers and ppts as we all know) - working capital is required for any state which you already have, on top strong leadership undi in tg ki like kcr, ktr etc these ppl are committed towards development of state not just hyd and less into caste politics unlike ap -  so tg can work it out I would say, and how much ap could work it out would still be a million dollar question - ap ki unna kula gajji and black money batch ki entha icchina end result lo chala slow ga development untadi and yeah there is one more jewel stone for ap to showcase nd that would be our jagan sir
