I140 rulee lo if you change your employer and if the title of your job and jod duties gets changed you need to start labor and I140

Labor ekkada aina start cheyyali kada bhayya?!!

Mana PD port chesukovali ante H1 transfer and Labor compulsory kada bhayya - btw same job dities and same job bro.

The new employer has to file the Perm and I-140 once again but the old priority date will be rolled over to the new I-140 petition.
