This year IRS is introduced a new feature AGI (Adjusted Gross Income ) from previous year that needs to be mentioned for passing the identity filling individually or jointly.

Last year file chesina "Married and filled jointly" apudu ITIn apply chesinaru tax services valatho chesyincha but now ssn ochindhi wife but not working still turbo tax lo file submit chesthey. It got rejected initially for not seeing my AGi but I updated mine what to mention for my wife AGI.

Options by turboTax: We’ll enter a “0” for XYZ AGI amount, which will let the IRS know XYZ didn’t file a federal return last year. You’ll still be able to e-file.

 

any suggestions?

Put 0 for your wife's AGI.

i got married in 2016, wife ki itin apply cheyyali.......itin apply cheyyataniki irs office lo appointment ekanga mid march lo dorikindi......itin ravatainiki inko 6 weeks padatadi.......so state tax file cheyyataniki itin kavali antunnaru tax consultant, itin vache varuku wait cheste april 15th deadline datipotundi kada.......how to handle this situation........itin apply chestunna kabatti emina exception untunda for filing state tax returns.....

Nenu last year 3 places lo unnanu ...state tax over paid ani oka document came...any idea how to claim it when filing using turbotax ?
