what's the development in fields of health, education and nutrition under CBN in the last 3yrs? I'm more interested in that.

Okay, he's probably doing good work in getting investments. I agree. Both him and KCR/KTR are among the most proactive CMs in India. FDI data for 2015-16 confirms it.

May be that's what Andhra people want. good for them. but state literacy rate is hardly 70%. plenty of work to do beyond attracting businesses, or building a city.
