untouchability chala thakkuva percentage ani neeku ela thelsu bhayya??  and if you think in that way then reservations is not 100%, its just 15% for SC/ST, so what about the remaining percentage....untouchability valla chala mandhi ekkada unnaro akkade unnaru without any development....first treat the opposite person as a human then think about education....
