This is rubbish. The laws are already in place to ensure that you are hiring immigrants because you can't source people locally and that they are paid the same as everyone else. This is propaganda designed to make people think it is an isssue. It isn't. Please don't help to spread hate - investigate before you hit share. You're actually lying, or at least severely misinformed.

There are massive stories of Caterpillar, Disney, and other companies in the US replacing their entire US stafff in certain locations with H1-B visa holders. ...and making the US citizens they're replacing train them in how to do their jobs.

Grow up! Wake up! 
Read some other news besides the Hollywood trash sites.

This has been a problem for the American citizen/worker through both Republican and Democrat led Presidencies and Congress.

 Those laws etc are easily skirted around. This importing of tech labor has reduced wages for American tech workers. What is in your benefit or the benefit of employers is not necessarily in the benefit of American workers.
