This fraud was going for decades. Fake masters degree holders and IT newbies, mostly from Andhra (Osmania University was black-listed then), went to US using loophole in H1B visa policy since 2000.

Infosys, TCS, MBT (now Tech Mahindra), Cognizant, body shoppers pocketed major chunk of actual salary of these poor techies by ditching local labor (US citizens) there.
