Nope married 4 yrs ago.  It is quite common among the people i know. They saved more than i did. I don't understand why people get surprised with this

Yes kaka.  Bought land with 35L  2yrs ago. apart from it didn't buy anything else.  Been looking for right investment and couldn't find one.

Don't know whether i'm intelligent or not.  Feeling so much pressure on how to invest.  I know it is not a big amount but not feeling great to buy an apartment or land in amaravathi.
