    Contractors emo 10.30 ravali and 2.00 ke vellali - (If you want to leave early you can leave no issues)

2. Contractore gaalemo vallakunna work FT ki icchestharu hayaga shikarlu kodatharu. 

3. FT ki emo roju DSR pampali, contractor vallaki NO reports.

4. FT vallu India trip ki vellalantey 3 months mundu cheppali, aa tarravata mana position untundo ooduthundo devudike teliyali. (Maa apice lo ilage jarigindi, Oka Nepali oodu Nepal velthani cheppadu for 1 month. Manager gadu inkoka resource ni teesukochi vaadiki  cheppadu.

Problem is most of Consultants are fake .. It's very hard to distinguish between who are genuine (I hope u are!) and who are fake. Also they pay more for Consultants and considerably less for FT. So they expect a lot from Consultant!
