Bochedu books unnayi baa MongoDB meeda. Check out on Amazon or Barnes and Noble. I think any book if studied thoroughly should give a good idea.

Mongo has several MOOC's that can be found at training.mongodb.com

DataStax has a couple of courses at academy.datastax.com

P.S. They are free and also it helps to be knowledgeable in two or more NoSQL products.

Datastax also has a certification in Cassandra 3.0 for $375. 

Note that O'reilly only has certifications for Cassandra upto 2.0.
