consulting to FTE

Guys please suggest if this is the best time to take a FT employment...i am in bay area and i travel 3-4 hrs every day for work...i make nearly 150k as contractor without any benefits(PTO/insurance/bonus etc--married single earning)  and now planing to take for a FTE with same base pay( +/- 5k with befits) ..please suggest if this is the best time to take FTE...my 140 approved 3 yrs back and client is willing to sponsor my GC soon after h1b transfer ...please suggest...

Bro, From which area to where you commute to work? If FT employer promise you to start GC process as soon as you convert to FT then it's obviously good option. May I know the client name?

i travel daily from east bay to my current client..the client which is offering me FT is 30 mins from my place.....
