Employer change needed or not

hello all,

naku maa employer gadu 48 isthunadu 70 vasthuntey billing. This 48 is after paying my family health insurance (3 people), employer taxes and everything. He runs my pay check for 48 dollars per hour. Is this what we get is we are getting 70 per hour. Please shed some light.

70-30...who pays hone/g sea ? negotiate for 75-25..

good only no -- i think 70-30 --- insurance paid(1000$)
