H4 EAD inko 2 and half yrs validity vundhi....lets say if new administration want to get rid off H4 EAD! 

Does it also apply for the ones that are already approved? ante EAD ventane revoke avutundha? Approved period varaku ok na?

ee qus enduku adiga ante....my wife started her masters...but during her initial stage of masters.....H4 EAD rule ravadam tho backout ayyam....

So, back to masters ventaney vellala? can she wait a year?

all depends on whether they are removing H4 EAD and if yes when are they removing...

Going to masters is waste of money time pakkana pedithe. If she is working let her work until it expires or revokes or some crap happned. After that if really interested in doing job apply for H1 (anyhow after masters H1 eh kada).. And more over OPt lo job is tough compared to others..

if they remove it wont impact existing applications, and you wont get renewals

specific ga they are asking for either GC or Citizenship

@argadorn akkada TS uncle anedi.. Master chestundey. kani eelopu H4 EAD ochindi so ventane job ekkincha.. ippudu malli paisal karchu cheyyatam avasarama MS ki or tell any first day CPT giving schools ani..

instead of going that route go for H1 while in H4 Ead lottery lo pick kakapothe adi ela untado I know since she can't go for cpt college right...
