Vendor money issues

Naa contract done in Oct 2016. Vendor 3 weeks pay not giving many calls mails no use..Blocked my number. Employer ki kooda same response.

We doubt he is going to bankruptcy..So decided to put reviews or collection agency or local Congress man or anything which effects his business..

He is located in nj..Any thoughts to deal or put this guy in trouble..

Don't know dol any help..As my employer runs sal as per LCA..

No business with client so they won't help me.i am last resource..

Last 2 weeks every day mail , calls no response even WhatsApp blocked..Oka roju ofc ki Vella ofc is closed..Eppudu open chesthado teliyadu..

Approach a good lawyer. 

You can approach DOL as well, they will look into it. 

Do you have timesheets that were approved by your client? If so, you can use those as proof. DOL can and will help you although it might take time, just because he filed a bankruptcy doesn't mean you won't get your money back.

Employer is responsible for employee's pay not some random vendor....vendor pay issues are all employer headaches...employee pay ostaledu ante employer bulb pagalagodtaar not vendor.
