Mana employer's chesedi okate  they  email/call   the vendor  to ask about the salary delay , aa Middle vendor gadu simple ga  maku main  vedor gadu delay chesthunadu antunadu .

Main Vendor gadini adigithe  they are supposed to pay you on time even if we delay antadu. Ila back and forth naduthundi vyavaharam.   1zzgs3b_th.jpg

If you have gutts, be strong and talk straight to your employer with logic. If we are starightforward, we should not deal with vendors and dont care on the business dealings between employer and vendor. we shouldnt entertain our mestri employers to say ' we did not get payment from vendors'.

One complaint on the employer that one payroll is not run, goes to court. Better we build this kind of attitude and come out of the mentality of living like labor under the employer. payroll not run = being out of status
