H4 visa i194 admit date issue

On i94 admit date is printed for h4 visa as admit until may 2017 only

 

While h1b has until end if october 2018

 

What could be the issue ?

what about passport expiration date? it could have been the issue.

yes its due to passport expiration date 

apply for new passport and extend your I94

If not for passport, contact CBP nearest to you..They will correct it.

Take all the documents with you. Also I think you should check/call " CBP deferred Inspection sites" and not every CBP.
